Terms of Service

1. Binding Consent & Scalability

The digital studio interfaces and wholesale execution pipelines managed by ClayOria (referred to as "the Studio," "we," or "us") are regulated under these universal Terms of Service. We reserve the authority to revise these terms to align with maritime freight variations. Continued interaction with our custom allocation framework validates your acceptance of updated nodes.

2. Verified Showroom Accounts

Sourcing agents and design procurement entities holding verified wholesale profiles assume total accountability for credential protection. ClayOria retains absolute discretion to freeze volume allocations, deny custom colorway trials, or cancel production runs failing strict initial deposit validation.

3. Maritime Freight & Fragile Export Compliance

Due to the highly sensitive, hand-thrown structural architecture of our hollowware, international transit is tightly bound to the following terms:

• Incoterms standard: All bulk shipments are priced and dispatched on Free On Board (FOB) Safi Port or Ex Works (EXW) terms unless otherwise structured in individual showroom covenants.
• Crate Engineering: Standard custom wooden palletizing and expanded foam shock-absorption enclosures are deployed. Specific port custom declarations must be requested prior to final kiln exit.
• Inspection & Damage Quota: Given the organic nature of raw-pigmented clay, clients are granted 72 hours post-port entry to log mineral structure claims.

4. Financial Protocols & Letters of Credit

FOB contract dynamics are subject to market mineral costs. Pro-forma quotes stand firm for exactly 14 calendar days. Payments are cleared via secure Swift Bank Wire Transfers or confirmed irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) verified by corresponding Moroccan banks.

5. Intellectual Design Ownership

All original patterns, fluid oxide recipes, hand-painted artwork, and product imagery published on this platform remain the exclusive artistic properties of ClayOria. Unauthorized replication of our abstract Safi silhouettes for commercial mass-production constitutes copyright infringement.

6. Liability Boundaries

ClayOria is not responsible for transit transit delays caused by customs hold-ups or sea route complications. Total judicial liability cannot exceed the exact deposit invoice amount cleared for that single specified batch.

7. Ruling Jurisdiction

These terms are strictly integrated into and interpreted under Moroccan Commercial Law. Any irreducible dispute stemming from international distribution runs will be decided exclusively within the Commercial Tribunals of Safi, Morocco.
